  • More than 30 days before the event — full refund minus any transaction processing fees
  • 7–14 days before the event — 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before the event — no refund, however you may transfer your place to another person if you notify us in advance
  • No-shows on the day — no refund

Cancellations by Halal Camp Adventures

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event due to severe weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We will notify you as early as possible by the contact details provided at booking.

We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs you may have incurred in relation to a cancelled event.

Event Changes

If we make a significant change to an event (such as a change of date or location), we will notify you promptly. If the change is not acceptable to you, you may request a full refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.
